A walkthrough of the main Repliz API features and how to use them.

Multi-Platform Account Management

Repliz lets you connect and manage multiple social media accounts from a single workspace. Supported platforms:

Facebook: Pages and business profiles
Instagram: Business and creator accounts
Threads: Meta's text-based platform
TikTok: Short-form video accounts
YouTube: Channels and brand accounts
LinkedIn: Personal accounts and organizations
Shopee: E-commerce seller accounts
WhatsApp: Numbers, for scheduled Status, Channel, and group posts
Telegram: Accounts, for private chats and scheduled Story, channel, and group posts
Pinterest: Accounts, for scheduled pins to the board you pick

Connecting Accounts

Each platform has its own OAuth flow. The general steps are:

Authorize: redirect the user to the platform's authorization page.
Exchange: trade the authorization code for access tokens (on some platforms).
Connect: pick and connect the specific page, profile, or channel.

Comment Queue System

The Comment Queue is at the heart of Repliz's comment management. Comments from all connected platforms are collected and stored in a unified queue.

Comment Lifecycle

New Comment → [Pending] → [Resolved] or [Ignored]

Pending: new comments waiting for action
Resolved: comments you've replied to or addressed
Ignored: comments marked as spam or irrelevant

Telegram Channels and Groups

List the channels and groups a connected Telegram account can post to, for use as additionalInfo.channel on a schedule. Keep each item's type, because it decides whether a post goes to a channel or a group:

Pinterest Boards

List the boards of a connected Pinterest account. A Pinterest schedule always needs one of them as additionalInfo.channel, and additionalInfo.link sets the page the pin opens:
