Connect a Facebook Page to Repliz to manage its comments, messages, and posts from your workspace.

Before you start

• A Facebook account that manages the Page you want to connect.
• Repliz connects Facebook Pages, not personal Facebook profiles.

Steps

1. Open Account Integration in your Repliz dashboard and click Connect account.

   

2. In the Connect Platform window, click Facebook (labeled Page).

   

3. Facebook opens. Log in if asked, then allow every permission Repliz requests. If Facebook asks which Pages to share, select every Page you want to use in Repliz.

4. You return to Repliz, which shows Select a Facebook Page with the Pages you manage. Tick the Pages you want to connect. You can pick more than one, and each one uses one account slot.

   

5. Click Connect.

6. Repliz shows Account successfully connected and takes you back to Account Integration, where your Pages now appear.

   

Reconnect

If Repliz loses access to the account, for example when its access expires or you remove Repliz's access on Facebook, its card in Account Integration gets a yellow outline and a Disconnected notice. To fix it:

1. Click Reconnect on the account's card in Account Integration. The same button is also in the card's ⋯ menu.
2. Facebook opens. Log in with the same Facebook account that manages the Page and allow the permissions again.
3. Repliz reconnects the account automatically. You don't need to pick it from the list again.

Good to know

• A Page is missing from the list? Facebook only shares the Pages you selected during login. Start again from step 1 and select that Page when Facebook asks.
• The Connect account button is greyed out? Every account slot in your plan is in use. Upgrade your plan or delete an account you no longer need. See Account slots.
