LinkedIn

Connect your LinkedIn personal profile or a LinkedIn organization to Repliz to manage its comments and posts from your workspace.

Before you start

• Your personal profile can always be connected.
• To connect an organization, you need to be an administrator of it.

Steps

1. Open Account Integration in your Repliz dashboard and click Connect account.

   

2. In the Connect Platform window, click LinkedIn (labeled Organization/Account).

   

3. LinkedIn opens. Log in if asked, then allow every permission Repliz requests.

4. You return to Repliz, which shows Select a LinkedIn Organization/Account with your personal profile and the organizations you administer. Tick the accounts you want to connect. You can pick more than one, and each one uses one account slot.

   

5. Click Connect.

6. Repliz shows Account successfully connected and takes you back to Account Integration, where your accounts now appear.

   

Reconnect

If Repliz loses access to the account, for example when its access expires or you remove Repliz's access on LinkedIn, its card in Account Integration gets a yellow outline and a Disconnected notice. To fix it:

1. Click Reconnect on the account's card in Account Integration. The same button is also in the card's ⋯ menu.
2. LinkedIn opens. Log in with the same LinkedIn account and allow the permissions again.
3. Repliz reconnects the account automatically. You don't need to pick it from the list again.

Good to know

• An organization is missing from the list? Only organizations where you are an administrator appear. Ask an existing admin of the organization to give you the admin role, then start again from step 1.
• A personal profile is used for scheduled posts only. Automation and Live Content need an organization.
• The Connect account button is greyed out? Every account slot in your plan is in use. Upgrade your plan or delete an account you no longer need. See Account slots.
